Ginger Shutt

Ginger was born and raised in Charlotte and has lived in Indian Land, SC, for the past 19 years. She attended Northwest School of the Arts for high school and received her degree in Paralegal Technology at Central Piedmont Community College. She started working as an Administrative Assistant at a local Real Estate Law Firm in 2000 while she was finishing school. She then took a job as a Paralegal at another Real Estate Law Firm and worked there from 2001-2005 until she started working for Law Office of W. Daniel Grist in November of 2005. Her concentration is working with NCDOT Right of Way offices and Agents throughout the state on title searches and closings for Eminent Domain, as well as transactional commercial and residential real estate closings.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter watching movies and binge watching their favorite TV shows, and snuggling on the couch with their rescue pittie. She enjoys gardening, hanging out by the pool, going to the beach and visiting friends.
